3W High Brightness LED-module Light-source

We have 2-types of LED-module:

1. Rectangle shape (dimension = 120 x 12mm).
2. Hexagonal shape (dimension = 44 x 38.1mm —> diameter).

We have achieved the IP "Patent" for this high brightness LED-module production (wafer fabrication + packaging) engineering process.

There are wide-range of applications using this 3W high-luminous LED-module both indoor & outdoor lightings, street-lamps, flood lights, wall-washer, automotive, LCD-backlight, stadium (squares), buildings, car-parks, decorative, reading lights, architectural-lightings, etc...

• Each module = 240Lm ~ 300Lm (depend on applications, environment & other conditions).
• Very long operating life ( > 50,000 hours) —> operation-current at 320mA.

• Color-rendering > Ra70.
• Color-temperature: available in cool-white (4,500K ~ 4,600K), daylight (6,000K) & amber (3,400K ~ 3,600K).
• Storage temperature range: -40°C ~ +100°C.
